Congo Brazzaville: Former Deputy Intelligence Chief Dies

Col. Marcel Ntsourou, a former Deputy Intelligence Chief, passed away over the weekend in the Congo Brazzaville capital after taking ill. Radio France International reported that the Colonel died on February 17, 2017, in the Brazzaville Military Hospital. He was serving a life sentence for rebellion and illegal possession of firearms.
