Football lovers in the country will have an exciting weekend with the scheduling of matches counting for the 26th and last playing day of the Elite Two championship. The competition will take place tomorrow, Saturday May 13, 2023 in stadiums across the country. The programming of the matches came as a sigh of relief for fans who were waiting desperately for the last day of the competition. 
Tomorrow’s competition promises to be stiff as each side will be seeking to improve on their positions on the league table. Aigle of Mungo will clash with Unisport of Bafang in a tough encounter at the Japoma Annex Two Stadium in Douala. Aigle of Moungo will be eyeing a victory tomorrow in order to move further on the league table. The Littoral-based team that already has 36 points will be eyeing the second place given that the immediate challengers Stade of Bertoua and Lausanne of Yaounde have been declared general forfeiture by FECAFOOT. Unisport of Bafang is on the ninth spot with 32 points and will be out to win to improve on their place on the classification table. In the meantime, Dynamo of Douala has been promoted to the Elite One championship. They now join Victoria United that had already qualified for the Elite One championship.
