Transfer : New Destinations For Tchaptchet, Ngo Mbeleck

The Cameroonian female football players have respectively moved to division one championships in France and China.


Cameroonian female footballers are progressively getting into more competitive and prestigious football championships abroad. This is the case of Chanel Tchaptchet who has just joined the French Women’s Division One Championship dubbed “D1 Arkema” with Havre Athletic Club (HAC).  The club officially made the announcement on July 31, 2023. Havre wrote that the 24-year-old striker strengthens the offensive sector of Romain Djoubri's squad. “The HAC is very pleased to announce the arrival of the young Cameroonian in our squad,” the club concluded. 
It should be said that Chanel Tchaptchet joins the club on a reportedly one-year deal from second division side RC Lens where she finished as one of the top goal scorers of the 2022-2023 season with 15 goals, three assists in 22 matches played.  Her performance was top notch and should be the reason why the division one side developed interest in her. Before RC Lens, the striker played for French Division side VGA Saint Maur where she scored six goals, gave two assists in 14 matches played in the 2021-2022 season.
