ISOHSA Limbe : Road To Success

After hitting Elite 2 and finishing champions of the National Interpools, the team is pleading for more support to excel.

Isle of Hope Sports Academy (ISOHSA) of Limbe are now making news in the football landscape of Cameroon. This is after their excellent parcours at the 2023 National Interpools which resulted to their progress to the second division. Apart from the progress, the club emerged champions of the Interpools after beating Bafmeng at the Ngoa-Ekelle Stadium in Yaounde on July 30, 2023. ISOHSA edged their North West brothers by 2 goals to zero putting them on the platform of national glory. 
The journey to glory started in 2015 when Karl Njomo Mokake founded ISOHSA in Limbe, Fako Division of the South West Region. After two years, ISOHSA was promoted to the Regional Championship in 2017. In 2023, they emerged champions of the South West Regional League. ISOHSA defeated Kumba City FC 1-0 in the final on July 9, 2023 in Limbe. 
At the end of the South West Regional League, ISOHSA staff and players were outstanding. Ashu Kelvin was named best goalkeeper, Albert Tiku Egbe emerged best player and Nlend Ayme was the best coach in the 2022/2023 season. Kelvin Ashu kept nine clean sheets and conceded eight goals. Nlend Ayme received the best trainer of the season because he guided his side with a record of 11 wins, three defeats and two draws in 16 games. Tiku Egbe’s ability to break down barriers made him to stand out.
