Mercy Moim is set to make history for Kenya in the 2023 edition of the Women’s African Nations Volleyball Championship. The 34-year-old Kenyan volleyball player continues to remain the pivot of the Kenyan women’s volleyball team. During the first two matches for Kenya at the ongoing Women’s African Nations Volleyball Championship, Mercy Moim has proven that her country can always rely on her talents.
On arrival in Cameroon for the competition, Mercy Moim said the ambition of the team is to win the tenth title. Her presence in the Kenyan national team serves as encouragement for other young players in the group. She played with the Kenya national team in the 2010 FIVB Women’s Volleyball World Championship.
