MTN Elite One : Day 1 Continues Today

Football lovers across the country will as from today Wednesday October 4, 2023 continue to savour matches of the prestigious MTN Elite One Championship. The kicker of this season was given on September 27, 2023 with newly promoted Victoria United, overpowering Fauve Azur 2-1 in Yaounde. The remaining matches of this first playing day are thus billed for this Wednesday and Thursday in the cities of Douala, Yaounde, Garoua and Bafoussam. 
Amongst the most awaited matches will be that of newly-promoted side Dynamo against AS Fortuna at the Bepanda Reunification Stadium in Douala. Fans will be expecting more from Dynamo especially as fellow newly-promoted side, Victoria United succeeded in its first outing in the top flight competition. On the same pitch, Astres FC of Douala will as from 4 p.m. log horns against Aigle Royal of Menoua. Again, the Cameroon Cup winners, Fovu Club of Baham, host Apejes of Mfou at the Bamendzi Stadium.
