Women To Avoid Sexist Education

The Initiative by Fomaric Festival enjoined women to give the same education to both sexes from the base.
The theme of the 32nd edition of the International Day of the Woman: “Women in a Changing World of Work: Planet 50-50 by 2030,” has kept women busy throughout the week. To attain the planet 50/50, they (opinion leaders) spent sleepless nights preparing notes to school their peers on ways to meet the objective.
At the Fomaric Festival that started a month ago in Douala, organisers in collaboration with the Delegation of Women Empowerment and the Family, advised women from all walks of live to give the same training to their kids from the base irrespective of sex. The Regional Delegate of Women Empowerment and the Family, Makota Isabelle Lafortune said if kids are given the same treatment at the base, there will hardly be discrimination when they are matured enough. There will be no specific jobs destined to each sex and the world will be a better place to live. She also revealed women are discriminated upon in the domain of education, health, politics and employment.
