Cameroon-Germany: Dr Hans-Dieter Stell To Give New Impetus

The new Ambassador of Germany to Cameroon presented his letters of credence to President Paul Biya on May 17, 2017.

The new Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany to Cameroon, Dr Hans-Dieter Stell who presented his letters of credence to President Paul Biya in Unity Palace on May 17, 2017 through his rich experience, will certainly add a new impetus to the long standing cooperation ties between Cameroon and Germany. Before his appointment to Cameroon, he was German Consulate General in Ho Chi Minh City in Vietnam. Between 2010-2013, Dr Hans- Dieter Stell was head of Mission in the German Embassy in Antananarivo, Madagascar and also accredited as the German Ambassador to Mauritius and the Union of the Comoros. Born in Wuppertal on February 24, 1955, the married father of two children has a sound educational background in law, philosophy, political science, practical legal training as well as training for the higher Foreign Service. While at the helm of the German diplomatic mission in Cameroon, Dr Hans-Dieter Stell will continue to work to enhance the rich and diverse relations between his country and Cameroon.
