Ezo’o Mvondo Simon: Experienced Commander of Troops

He is a highly trained soldier  and has occupied many key positions in the army.

Brigadier General Ezo’o Mvondo Simon who will command the troops of the military parade tomorrow, May 20, 2017 on the occasion of the 45th edition of Cameroon’s National Day in the nation’s capital, Yaounde, is a soldier rich in experience.
Since 2013, he is the Commander of the 11th  Infantry Motorised Brigade and has many times been Group Commander at Operation Delta in Bakassi. The 58-year –old native of Essam village in Sangmelima, South Region, is specialised in Amoured Calvary and a graduate of  the Yaounde Combined Services Military Academy (EMIA) in the Rudolph Douala Manga Bell batch of 1983-1986. He was promoted to the rank of Brigadier General on August 13, 2015 after having climbed the various rungs of the military ladder from the rank of Second Lieutenant on July 1, 1986 upon graduation from EMIA.
Ezo’o Mvondo Simon,  a married father of four children,  has also been recognised  by government  through decoration with the medals of Chivalry of the Order of Valour, Officer of the Order of Valour and Commander of the Order of Valour.
