Decision n° 003/MINCOM/CAB/DMPP/CT of 05 February 2018 to set up the National Commission for the Scrutiny of Applications for Government Subsidy to Private Communication for the 2018 financial year

The Minister of Communication hereby decides as follows:

Article 1: The provisions of decision no 119/MINCOM/CAB/DMPP of 07 March 2017 to set up the National Commission for the Scrutiny of Applications for Government Subsidy to Crivate communication for the 2017 financial year are hereby nullified;
Article 2: The composition of the National Commission for the Scrutiny of Applications for Government Subsidy to Private Communication for the 2018 financial year is hereby constituted as follows:
President: Mr Issa Tchiroma Bakary, Minister of Communication.
Executive Secretary: Mr Ngankak Kameni René Kisiton, Director of Private Media Development and Advertising.
Rapporteur: Mr Doumga, Sub-director of Private Media Development.
