2018 Tour of Côte d’Ivoire: Cameroonian Cyclists On Top Roll

The team is third on the Classification table behind Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire.

Cameroonian cyclists, Clovis Kamzong Abessolo, Arthuce Jodele Tella are among the first ten cyclists at the ongoing 15th edition of the Tour of Côte d’Ivoire. During the fourth lap yesterday September 12, 2018, from Koto Gwanda to Tanda Tanda, Arthuce Jodele, 34, cyclist from SNH Velo Club lost his yellow jersey to Côte d’Ivoire’s Cissé Issiaka.

The Ivorian won the lap in the individual competition and the yellow jersey beating Burkina Faso’s Aziz Nikiema and Cameroon’s Clovis Kamzong Abessolo. Kamzong Abessolo finished second and Burkina Faso’s Sorgho Mathais was third. According to the official classification, the Kamzong Abessolo and Sorgho Mathais are 2’31” behind the winner.

Cameroon’s Arthuce Jodele Tella who kept the yellow jersey during the first three laps finished fourth and is 3’08” behind the first cyclist. Tienchu ...
