Strategies towards a more orthodox approach in the execution of the State budget were the subject of a coordination meeting of staff of the North West Specialised and Divisional Finance Services. The meeting held in Fundong in Boyo Division from November 10-11, 2016. It was inspired by the commitment to establish a solid and performance-driven system on the strength of Law No. 2007/006 of December 26, 2007 on the fiscal regime of the State. The coordination meeting offered a rare moment to set records straight in an attempt to be on the right side of innovations and efficiency.

Modernisation of the management of the State budget was the strategic objective of the assembly, with hierarchy stressing best practices to move forward the concept of Control and Audit.
