CPDM Lebialem: Menji Hosts First Joint Section Meeting

The confab that held on July 16, 2016 aimed at charting a bright future for the party.

The Menji Women Empowerment Center on Saturday, July 16, 2016 was too small to accommodate the thousands of militants of the Cameroon People’s Democratic Movement (CPDM) party who came from all nooks and crannies of the division for the very first Joint Section working session in Menji to chart the path for a bright future.

After their installation on June 16, 2016 in Buea, the seven-man strong Divisional CPDM Permanent Delegation team for Lebialem Division headed by Paul Tasong convened the Menji meeting not only to maintain a permanent liaison between the base and the top brass militants of the party, but also to create a cordial and harmonious working atmosphere between the three sections. The meeting dubbed CPDM Joint Section Working Session was aimed at charting a bright future for the party in Lebialem, besides commissioning into office recently elected executives of the three sections.

In his keynote address to the militants, Paul Tasong summarised the mission of the CPDM and urged elected executives to ensure that there is permanent animation of party activities at all levels, with the sole intention of winning elections, whenever, the electoral corps is convened.
