The statistics show continuous improvements in the performance of candidates in 2016.

The Ministry of Higher Education, MINESUP, has published results of the 2016 “Diplôme Supérieur d’Etudes Professionnelles,” DSEP, Higher National Diploma, HND and Higher Professional Diploma, HPD examinations.
Read also : 49e Fête nationale : pas de cérémonies officiellesAccording to the statistics, 1,929 candidates sat the “Diplôme Supérieur d’Etudes Professionnelles,” DSEP, with 1,451 passing. This gives a score of 75.22 per cent in 2016 as against 70.68 per cent in 2015. The Higher Professional Diploma, HPD, saw 513 candidates writing, with 504 passing. This is a pass of 98.25 per cent, compared to 99.36 per cent in 2015. Concerning the Higher National Diploma, HND, examination, 7,503 people sat and 6,074 succeeded, giving a score of 80.95, against 80.72 in 2015.
Read also : Lutte contre le coronavirus : la situation se stabilise à nouveauThe different scores show that the “Diplôme Supérieur d’Etudes Professionnelles” came first, improving by 4.54 per cent from 70.68 per cent in 2015 to 75.22 per cent in 2016. The Higher National Diploma, HND examination was second, with a slight improvement of .23 per cent in 2016 - 80.95 per cent in 2016 as against 80.72 per cent in 2015. On the other hand, the Higher Professional Diploma, HPD, came third, witnessing a drop of -1.11 per cent, down from 99.36 per cent in 2015 to 98.25 per cent in 2016.
