African Interclubs Volleyball Championships Zone IV : FAP Volleyball Clubs Champions

The seventh edition of the zone IV ended in Brazzaville, Congo on Monday October 25, 2021.

The men and women’s teams of the Armed Forces and Police emerged overall winners at the just-ended seventh edition of the tournament in Brazzaville, Congo. Organised by the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB) Zone IV, the competition brought together clubs champions in countries in the Central African Region that make up Zone IV. The competition took place under the auspices of the Confederation of African Volleyball (CAVB). Three clubs represented Cameroon in the competition. They are FAP Volleyball Club Yaounde (men) and FAP Volleyball Club Yaounde (women) and Port Volleyball Club of Douala. Eight teams took part in the competition they are FAP Yaounde, DGSP of Congo and Kinda Odzoho (Congo) for the women’s category. The teams in the men’s category were FAP Yaounde, Port Douala, Inter BZV, Kinda Odzodo and DGSP. 
After close to two weeks of intense competition, the Armed Forces and Police teams emerged overall winners in both the men’s and women’s categories. FAP Volleyball (men) finished on top of their group with four matches and four victories. In the women’s compe...
