Sudan-Guinea Bissau : In Quest For Fame

Sudan and Guinea Bissau are in Garoua for the 33rd edition of the AFCON competition. It will be the first time the two sides are meeting at the final phase of the tournament. Though Sudan has a better continental profile than Guinea Bissau having won the trophy in 1957 and participated eight times at the final phase, the outstanding performance of the latter during the 2019 AFCON in Egypt leaves many sports analysts with the impression that today’s encounter will be thrilling. 
This is more so because the two teams have a handful of home-based players who have been playing together for many years. On the Sudanese side, the team will be counting on its rapidity in counter attacks and mental strength.
