Indomitable Lions Back In Yaounde

They returned to Yaounde shortly after the encounter against Gambia on Saturday January 29, 2022 via the Douala International Airport.


After a successful adventure in Douala the Indomitable Lions are back in their den in Yaounde to continue preparations for the next stage of the competition. The Lions returned to Yaounde shortly after the encounter against Gambia on Saturday January 29, 2022 via the Douala International Airport.  The goal is to begin in order to begin preparations for the semi-finals billed for Thursday January 29, 2022. Immediately after their return the lions have started working hard. 
The indomitable Lions began trained yesterday January 30, 2022 at the Mundi Multipurpose Sports Complex in Nsimalen Yaounde. Yesterday’s training session was designated to players who did not play the quarterfinal match against the Scorpions of Gambia. The training session took place within closed doors. The Lions will continue with their training today. The goal is to ensure that they put up an honourable performance in the competition. 
Information from the team press officer has confirmed that the Indomitable Lions have offered the sum of FCFA to the families of victims of the Olembe Stadium stampede that occurred on January 24, 2022. The news...
