Buea: Corpse Discovered In An Hostel

A corpse was discovered in a hostel at untarred Malingo, a University of Buea students’ residential area in Molyko. It was the pungent odour that awakened neighbours of the hostel on February 21, 2022, who later on alerted the Police. It was noted that the door of the deceased was locked from inside and Police had to break it open. The corpse was discovered in an advanced state of decomposition.
Upon exploring the deceased’s phone, the Police discovered that she lastly communicated with her brother on February 14. Data at the Police service supposed that she died on that February 14, 2022, her birthday. Medical Doctors who examined the corpse at the scene are still to state the exact cause of her demise.
