Cameroon-CIPRES : Executive Secretary Appreciates Gov’t Support

Cécile Gernique Djukam Bouba was received by External Relations Minister, Mbella Mbella on April 19, 2022.

The Executive Secretary of the Inter-African Conference on Social Security (CIPRES) Cécile Gernique Djukam Bouba has expressed gratitude to the government of Cameroon for the support given to her candidature which led to her appointment to the converted position in Geneva. This was during an audience the Minister of External Relations, Mbella Mbella granted the Cameroonian-born career lady on April 19, 2022. 
In her statement to the press after discussions with the Minister, Cécile Gernique Djukam Bouba said she also presented the organisation to the Minister and possible cooperation avenues. “I came to the Ministry of External Relations to thank the Cameroonian government, particularly the Minister of External Relations following my appointment as Executive Secretary of the Inter-African Conference on Social Security (CIPRES). I also came to present the organisation as well as its objectives which border on social security. Together with the Minister, we discussed cooperation and the wellbeing of the organisation,” she said.
