U17 AFCON : Cadet Lions Eye Victory To Stay On

The U17 Lions of Cameroon will play against Mali today, May 4, 2023 at the Stade May 1956 in Annaba, Algeria. The match, that was supposed to be the second game for the U17 Lions, has now become the first after South Soudan was disqualified from the competition. Ahead of today’s encounter, the players are upbeat and ready to tackle any challenge. With only three teams left, the U17 Lions will be leaving nothing to chance. The Lions will be out for nothing but a victory as they face Mali in the ongoing U-17 Africa Cup of Nations in Annaba, Algeria. The U17 Lions had a training session on May 2, 2023 at the Annaba Omnisports Annex complex. With all 26 players present, the technical staff embarked on strategies to help the U17 Lions outplay their opponents in their upcoming matches. The U17 Lions remain focused and determined to win their match against Mali today. The Lions need a win, and at least a draw, to move on to the next round of the competition. 
Reports from Annaba say all the players are in top form and ready for today’s game. The pre-match press conference for the Lions took place yesterday May 3, 2023 at the conference hall of the Annaba Stadium.
