Football : William Saliba Visits Motherland

Amid his injury recovery, Arsenal’s defender William Saliba has had a close apercu of what Cameroonian football currently looks like. The French professional footballer, born of a Cameroonian mother was received in audience by the President of the Cameroon Football Federation, Samuel Eto’o on May 17, 2023 at the Tsinga headquarters in Yaounde. 
Talking to the press after the audience, the FECAFOOT boss was soaked in imagination wondering the exploits that the Cameroonian national team would make if it had a solid player like William Saliba. His presence at the second day of the Cameroonian championship play-offs on May 18, 2023 following an invitation by the FECAFOOT president only enhanced the connection he shares with the country.
