MTN Elite Two : Play-Offs To Begin March 9

Ahead of the competition, the different teams are warming up to ensure an honourable performance in the competition.


The play-offs of the MTN Elite Two championship have been billed for March 9, 2024 in stadiums across the country. Ahead of the competition, the different teams are warming up to ensure an honourable performance in the competition. The competition comes up after the one-month break due to the TotalEnergies Africa Cup of Nations. 
Eight teams from the two groups will take part in the Play-offs Up. They are Racing Bafoussam, Eding Sport of Lekié, Tonnerre Kalara club of Yaounde, Panthère of Ndé, Aigle of Moungo, Djiko of Bandjoun, Bafmeng United and Dragon of Yaounde. However, the last four teams in these pools will play in the Play-offs Down. These include; Unisport du Haut-Nkam, Foncha Street of Bamenda, Yafoot Yaounde II, Renaissance of Ngoumou, ISOHSA of Limbe, AS Fap Yaounde, Leopard of Douala and Bafut Rangers. They will all play in the tournament, which will also be played in a single pool. At the end of the competition, three teams on the MTN Elite Two championship will be relegated to the regional leagues. The two top teams in the competition will be promoted to 2024/2025 MTN Elite One championship.
