South West: Parties Still Gathering Campaign Materials

Buea CPDM Party Headquarters still to become busy.

It was however a timid campaign day in the South West Region yesterday as party officials contacted by Cameroon Tribune said they were in Yaounde collecting their campaign materials before actively engaging on the field strategies. 

List head for the South West National Alliance for Democracy and Progress (ANDP) Senatorial of 25 March, Elisus Asah Agbor, told this reporter that campaign could not effectively begin without material. Meanwhile, Martin Ndobegang Forcha, South West Social Democratic Front (SDF) Provincial chair was in Buea last Saturday to lay out a plan for the regional campaign. 

Mbella Moki Charles on the CPDM list of seven aspiring Senators was in Yaounde in a steam gathering trip so they could begin a field crusade for votes on his return to Buea. Kpwe Agnes Ika was not reachable as list leader for National Union for Democracy and Progress (NUDP) party’s seven for the senatorial this March election. Kofele-Kale heading the SDF list had shuttled out of Cameroon to return this weekend to begin contacting the electorate.
