North West: Candidates Cris-crossing

Candidates of all the four political parties in the race for Senatorial election are on the field hunting votes ahead of March 25.
Campaigns ahead of the March 25, 2018 Senatorial election are effectively on course in the North West region with the CPDM, SDF, UDP and NUDP poised to make gains. The electorate features councilors from 34 councils.
In effect, the UDP Party officially launched campaigns on Sunday, March 11th during a press briefing featuring their team leader, El Hadj Lawan Bako and some members of the campaign team. It emerged from, “the event that the failure of pioneer CPDM and SDF Senators to deliver inspired the UDP to enter the race to best serve the aspirations of the population”.
Team leader; El Hadj Lawan Bako revealed that if voted, the UDP team will handle the socio political crisis rocking the North West and South West regions as a priority for normalcy to return.
Their campaign messages feature peace, justice and development as they call to the consciences of the electoral college to vote candidates with ability and not political parties. The UDP believes that party discipline during elections betrays object...
