Territorial Administration: Accreditation For Election Observes Opens

 Herein is a press release from the Minister of Territorial Administration.

The Minister of Territorial Administration wishes to inform the national and international community that, following the publication of decree n° 2018/3 of 07 February 2018 to convene the electoral college for the election of Senators on 25 March 2018, his ministry shall proceed, pursuant to the Electoral Code, with the accreditation of observes for the said poll.
Consequently, he is inviting interested civil society organizations working notably in the area of elections, democracy, and human rights, to deposit the related files compressing the following documents at the Central Mails Service of the Ministry, latest 15 March 2018, at 3:00 pm prompt.

This includes:
- An application addressed to the Minister of Territorial Administration;
- A copy of certificate to attest the legal existence of the association;
