Decree n° 2018/1968/PM of 13 March 2018 to amend and supplement certain provisions of decree n° 2000/693/PM of 13 September 2000 to lay down travel regulations for civil servants and conditions for the payment of related costs

The Prime Minister, Head of Government, hereby decrees as follows:
ARTICLE 1.- The tables in annexes 1 and Il referred to in Article 2 (1) and the provisions of Article 4 of Decree No.2000/693/PM of 13 September 2000 mentioned above are amended as follows:
"ARTICLE 4 (5) (new).- However, heads of diplomatic and consular missions, technical advisers, chargés de mission, directors and attachés at the Presidency of the Republic and Prime Minister's Office, Secretaries General in Ministries and officials ranking as such, shall travel in business
class.
This dispensation can be extended by decision of the President of the Republic or the Prime Minister, as appropriate, to any official on special
mission".
