Mfandena Site : Stakeholders Polish Up Skills

This was during a training workshop championed by CAF/FIFA experts on October 13, 2021 which focused on pitch maintenance, stadiums audits, ticketing, among others.

Staff working at the Mfandena site have gotten their skills boosted by the CAF/FIFA experts touring the different competition and training grounds that will host matches and training sessions of the Africa Cup of Nations, Cameroon 2021. This was on Wednesday October 13, 2021. The staff from different fields of work were trained specifically on pitch maintenance, stadium audits, ticketing amongst others.   
When the CAF/FIFA experts trooped the Mfandena site on Wednesday, they first held a brief meeting in which the rundown of the training was disclosed. Contrary to other sites that had two days of training, Mfandena had just a greater part of Wednesday to train its agents. To ensure that they maximise the little time put at their disposal, each field had its group and with its own experts. As per field of work, they were dispatched to different areas of the stadium. But before they could break into the commissions, the Coordinator of the Mfandena Site, Ernest Etoundi Nkou assured the CAF/FIFA experts that all their recommendations will be taken into consideration to ensure the successful holding of matches at the stadium.
