Red Carpet Reception At Hilton

Four Heads of State of the Central Africa were welcome down town Yaounde Hilton upon arrival for the extraordinary summit.

 

The precinct of the Yaounde Hilton Hotel was yesterday in a joyous and presidential mode as four Heads of State were given a red carpet reception as they sojourn in Yaounde. It was at 1:15pm that the President of the Central African Republic, Faustin-Archange Touadera alighted from the presidential limousine that conveyed him from the Yaounde-Nsimalen International Airport. The Central African leader was accompanied by the Minister in charge of Special Duties at the Presidency, Victor Arrey Mengot.

At 4:07 pm, the Presidential motorcade of President Idriss Déby Itno of Chad arrived at the Yaounde Hilton in the company of Cameroon’s Minister of Communication, Issa Tchiroma Bakary. Chadians living in Yaounde were also present to welcome their president. The relaxed Idriss Deby who was in Cameroon a few weeks ago for an official visit was followed by the President of the Republic of Equatorial Guinea, Teodoro Obiang Ngeuma Mbasogo.

The Equato-Guinean president who arrived at 6:15 pm was accompanied to Hilton Hotel by the Minister of Higher Education, Prof. Jacques Fame Ndongo.  About ...
