NW Public Independent Conciliator : Reception Of Complaints Launched

Representative of State inspired the population to embrace pioneer Public Independent Conciliator for the pacification of the North West region.
The office of the pioneer Public Independent Conciliator (PIC) for the North West Region now receives complaints from users on the strength of the official launch of the office on January 19, 2022. The event officially presented the mission of the PIC during which the representative of the State, Governor Adolphe Lele Lafrique cut the ribbon which set the pace for users to start filing in complaints to the office set up to amicably settle disputes and give peace a chance in the region.
It was a rare moment for the PIC, Tamfu Simon Fai to stress his ombudsman mission in watching over the functioning of regional and council administration, prevent abuse and discrimination, establish and promote practices that recognise and respect human rights for an inclusive and participatory governance that inspires peace. The event featured flyers and literature on complaint procedures, who can lodge a complaint, competences and responsibilities, rights and obligations of parties before the PIC amongst others.
